At the very beginning of the 20th century, Jan Pilec's construction office made building plans for Josef Louda with the descriptive number 541. The year was 1901 and Sokolovská Street was then referred to as Královská třída. Over time, the building has undergone extensive construction work. To this day, it retains a Neo-Renaissance façade. After a sensitive reconstruction, it decorates the house to the street, while the courtyard exudes calm elegance and also hides a parking space.
